Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Shawon Nexus LLC. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Be in the original packaging
- Have the receipt or proof of purchase
2. Non-returnable items
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
- Personal care items (e.g. cosmetics, undergarments)
- Gift cards or downloadable software
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
5. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
